Your role as a pharmacist with us at Kronans Apotek

E-commerce is now looking for more licensed pharmacists to join our team in E-commerce in Enköping! As E-commerce is under strong development, there are constantly opportunities to be involved and take initiatives in the development of the business and the team - something we welcome and encourage!

Our E-commerce continues to grow, and now you have the opportunity to grow with us at our large new production site! In January 2023, we moved into a brand new building with the latest technologies for the business. Here, you will be part of a wonderful team of about 26 pharmacists working to achieve our goals together with warehouse staff, team leaders, group managers, warehouse manager, and pharmacy manager. You will have strong regional and service organizations as well as colleagues across the country to support you. We highly value our employees and their work environment, and we are constantly working on improvements together.

Your daily work is centered around prescription dispensing in our retail business (B2C) where you work closely with your colleagues and other departments of production, such as inbound, outbound, and inventory management. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop into other parts of the pharmaceutical organization with us, such as administrative pharmacist, B2B pharmacist, team leader, or within the LMA team. Decision-making bodies are not far away, making it easy to influence and be part of developing the business for the better.

Examples of job tasks

• You are responsible for dispensing the right medication at the right time to each customer and for providing our customers with professional pharmaceutical advice
• You help your customers achieve good medication use and health
• You collaborate with all your colleagues to ensure the pharmacy has 100% satisfied customers
• You actively participate in reporting and monitoring productivity and other goals
• You contribute to good collaboration regarding processes and efficiency together with warehouse staff, team leaders, and functional managers.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have more experience and want to share and inspire with your knowledge to your new Kronans colleagues.
